Pulled a Muscle Coughing. My attempts to protect the injury made the pain worse.

My wife spotted that I was bracing and making the pain from a pulled muscle much worse than it needed to be. I was able to significalty reduce my pain very quickly by just following my own advice… The trick sometimes is just knowing what you’re doing or having an opinion from someone you trust.
